Bottled Water Costs Rise as Water Co Charges For Gasoline Increase!!

This morning my water company added a surcharge for water being delivered. The surcharge was for increased fuel costs. The surcharge will be removed when gasoline drops below 1.80. Seems like businesses are trying to pass along price increases. Yet Greenspan claims inflation is under control?? Hmm
